I made a free addon for those of you using sculpt mode. This addon speeds up the adding of primitives and curves to the sculpt mode (less clicks at least), also has a boolean button that automatically hides the target, a mirror and a clone to duplicate the selected sculpture.
Started as a script that i made because i've been spending a lot of time this past year sculpting / improving. I hope it's helpful for anyone else as it is for me and your feedback is very welcome.
YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE ADDON directly from Blender > Edit menu > Preferences menu (make sure to have "Allow online access" turned on, then go to> Get extensions and search under the name "Sculpting Extra Meshes + Curve" or from the addons website:
